The photographer of the week is A’Raya Thomas, it is an homage to Peter Eckert. Peter Eckert’s dark photography is nothing short of extraordinary—especially considering he’s completely blind. His work defies conventional definitions of photography, transforming darkness into a canvas for light, memory, and imagination. Students were tasked to recreate one of his pieces, this photographer’s photo came close.
